Unfortunately I have not found a permanent solution, the only thing that seems to work for me is to uninstall the drive and reinstall it every few days. Its as though windows 8. I have a desktop so I can't move it around but I have a strong signal but still the issue persists. I'm waiting for a driver to be updated to windows 8.
